Reason for Visit: DON'T TRUST THIS SERVICE | Placed an online order
Review: Fraudulent delivery service. Don't trust them again especially if you are an overseas Pakistani. I would rate them 0 stars for being dishonest.
They increase their charges when they see someone outside Pakistan is contacting them for a delivery.
Their delivery charges used to be 300, which they later increased to 350 (totally fine as the prices have increased for almost everything). I have used their services so many times and they were reliable until today.
Then they probably thought we can make more money by charging extra from people who are outside Pakistan (who contacts them with an international phone number).
I received a quotation of Rs. 500 at the start of February, they said, it is what is. I agreed and paid for it. Then today for the same pickup and drop off address, I wanted to them to deliver a cake (for a total distance of 9.1 kms), and the charges they quoted me were Rs. 700.
Then I contacted them through a Pakistani whatsapp number, for a longer distance by changing slightly the details of the route (for total distance of 10.8 kms), and their quote was Rs. 350.
Then I contacted them through their phone number and asked what would be cost for my initital pickup and drop off details (Total 9.1kms) and they said Rs. 400.
They quoted me 3 different prices and then later on whatsapp message, they said the person on the phone was new, hence, he didn't know. I cancelled my order with them and then placed an order with Zar Rasha Home Delivery Services (Will see how reliable they are in the longer run, but at least they are honest!)
I would highly recommend users to look for alternatives like I did today. Before today, I didn't know that there were other home delivery services available in Peshawar for home delivery services.
Posting screenshots so they can't claim that they didn't do this fraudulent activity!

I order at 12.07 today for home delivery but they neglect.. and replied no delivery at ur area.. my home is near bacha khan markaz peshawar..
