most respect fully it is stated that i am very sorry to say all about my broken heart that i am not satisfied about my street cleaning i am from uc13 ijaz abad # 2 gulbahar # 4 my street umer farooq is looking like a disbin bed smell raw material every thing is looking inside please do something if u r sincere witht the nation bcoz i can;t see the sweeper after the Eid Ul Azha this morning the sweeper come to my area i request him to clean my street umer farooq they are fully loded of raw material they said i was on leave from the last 10 days u can complaint against me any where sir i am going to ask u is this your vision and mission to clean peshawar .

Reason for Visit: Sanitation
Review: Tried calling both of the numbers many times but no response. These numbers are given just to fulfill the criteria rest These are useless. We are facing sanitation issues in our area Rehman Baba Road, University Town and it is predicted that heavy rain falls are expected. If not cleaned the sanitation lines on time we would not pay any bills 😒

Please find the attached there is some drainage blockage near to bright hostel due to this all-drainage water came to our home i complaint many times but they came and just temporary clean then gone then they clean after 4 or 5 months without complaint they never clean that drain. I am requesting you please take a serious action on it and forward my complaint to your higher management, Thanks

i am M.Umer from canal town nasir bagh road Opposite St #9 (Peshawar i registered my complaint so many times through emails,calls , WhatsApp,cityzen portal but on mean time the issue was resolved but without any complaint no one come to clean and remove the drainage blockage. now after 11 months i am again registered my complaint because without complaint no come to clean drainage. and not only me suffered with drainage blockage our all canal town members suffered. our drainage is need to repaired it was in very bad condition i already shared the pictures with your colleagues. i am requesting you please repaired our drainage and on every week need to clean.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the current state of the cleaning services provided by the Water and Sanitation Services Peshawar (WSSP) in the Latifabad Street #14 area.
Firstly, I must bring to your attention that the helpline numbers listed on the official WSSP website appear to be invalid. This has posed a significant challenge in reaching out to your organization to address the issues I am currently facing.
Specifically, I am concerned about the frequency and quality of cleaning services being provided to Latifabad Street #14. The cleaners assigned to our area seem to visit merely 2 or 3 times a week, adopting an inconsistent and unsatisfactory approach to their duties. This lack of regularity and diligence is not reflective of the professional standards one would expect from a responsible sanitation organization.
Moreover, it has come to my attention that for the past consecutive 5 days, the cleaning crew has not shown up in our area at all. Upon contacting the Faqirabad zone for clarification, I was informed that the absence is due to the alleged termination of 12 drivers from their positions. This situation not only leaves our street unattended but also indicates a breakdown in workforce management and contingency planning on the part of WSSP.
I understand that operational challenges can arise, but it is essential for a reputable organization like WSSP to have effective measures in place to ensure uninterrupted service delivery and open communication channels. The current state of affairs not only hampers the cleanliness and livability of our locality but also raises questions about the commitment of WSSP to fulfill its mandate.

With due veneration, this is to bring into the notice of authorities of RTS commission that i am a responsible citizen of peshawar dwelling in TV COLONY, SWATI PHATAK (Near Tubewell). the residents of the area are facing problem of solid waste dispoasal because there is no Waste Container available for more than 100 households. The residents have no alternate but to deposit waste in a plot across the road which remains there for months and there is no mechanism adopted by WSSP for its disposal. The garbage dump is causing diseases and bad smell in the area.
I request your good self to look into the matter and direct the concerned officials for provision of garbage container and its regular disposal at your earliest.

i am inhabitant of seathi town, awan street, haji camp peshawar. with regret it is stated that the cleanliness situation of our locality is very poor. our sewerage line is full of solid waste but sweeper never bothered to clean or remove solid waste from sewerage line, hence the water got stuck and creates bed smell.
we are paying WSSP utility bills regularly but in return we received nothing except poor condition of street and sewerage line.
hope your good-self will look into the matter to solve our genuine problem.

sir im reallyy very disappointed.. i complaint more then 3,4 times to clean our street at Canal road university town but they send workers they just take some shapers and other disposal packets and say u complaint again so for this we need some other cleaning machines but no reply from wssp adminstration..
