Reason for Visit: Routine visit
Review: First if all i want to talk about fares that are now increasing day by day 650 is much higher as compare to that of local van that is 400 so it is areqyest to reconsider the fare from abbottabad to peshawar . Most of the customers are students and for us this is far high. Secondly the behave of some drivers is terrible they go in different streets rather than going on university road to reach their stand and when they are asked to go on university road they misbehave with passengers last time one driver said you can do whatever you want if you are complaining to manager or whoever you want you can so i think this behave can lead to argue with uneducated drivers they should be trained and warned . If we are giving high fares customers should be given priority rather than fighting and arguing with passengers.
