Reason for Visit: Renewing NIC
Review: NADRA office Saddar in Deans Trade Center is one of the worse among the few that I have visited.
There is no proper information available, you have to stand in long cue lines just to know what you are missing. There is no ticketing system. The place is quite small and hence very crowded. They take lunch break at 1:00 for one hour and all the people who have waited in lines simply had to go away and loose their turn. There is total caos. No one knows what is going to happen. There are no boards or poster that tell about the process.
Note that there are two offices, one on the ground floor is the "Executive Branch" and the one in the basement is "The regular NADRA Office". Each provide slightly different services. This is yet another confusion because many people do not know which one they need to go. Sometime after waiting in long queue lines you are told to go to the other office. There is no vale for humans here although they make quite some money at each NADRA office.
It is pretty much pathetic but at the end of the day you will get your job done.
