With due respect I beg ro say that I request to u, my parents are died and I have no one no brother and sister. In Jan 2015 govt of kpk gajju khan medical college swabi adertise 8 posts of clerk through nts I also apply and got 70 marks in nts test, 10 candidates shortlist for interveiw my position before interveiw 6th after interveiw come to 5th and were select for appointment order.
Gajju khan med clg give me order when I took charge they refuse and say me that secretery health order that does not gave charge to anyone. Total 8 seats 3 were selected as a clerk and 5 seats left vaccant. Again these five seats advertise through nts by zone formula and after result no candidates shortlist for interveiw and again 3rd time these 5 seats advertise and through p.o box peshawar and A public sector in district swabi requre domicile of kpk mention in addvertisment instead of Gajju khan medical college swabi.
Candidatea were shortlisted for departmental test and appointed their own candidates on these 5 seats (4 from swabi and 1 from peshawar).
I also complaint to CM complaint cell Ehtesab commission but no response and go to Peshawar highcourt on oct 2015 no case is in PHC case no 4472/2015 Zahir Muhammad and other vs Gajju khan med clg swabi
