Reason for Visit: Review: I received a letter from your office ref:2922 dated 23.12.2016 which received at our Karachi address on 23.03.17, matter/letter mentioned that my sister in law Shakila Naz CNIC 420009998522-6 will be going to block by NADRA official due to mis-reporting and data is not provided correctly, due to my sister in law aboard/out of country. I informed all situation to her so she visited Oman Embassy of Pakistan and provided all information with documentary proof, to Embassy official and they confirmed her that all information will be covey to NADRA Hayatabad Peshawar. I personally appreciate to your official to inform us and give us a chance to clarify our position, I will be hope full if detail may be provided by us to clarify our position if Embassy official of Pakistan at Oman not satisfied to your official till date, please not block NIC of my sister in law and oblige
