Reason for Visit: Review: My name is SANI MUNIR S/O ASKAR YOUSAF Mohallah Qaziyaan Sheikhabad village and Post office Rajjar District Charsadda. I had applied for sui gas connection through online with CNIC No. 17101-0388638-7 dated 10-12-2014. After the lap of over 3 years, when I went to the local branch of Sui gas situated in Charsadda, the concerned staff told me that they would survey the place. After visiting many times the said office at last I got a chance to take the concerned surveyor along with me to survey the street. The surveyor drew a sketch/map of the street and said that it required 36 metres pipe for the connection. So they told me that the survey report would be sent to Main Branch Hayatabad for approval. I waited for aleast 2 months but the survey report could not receive by the local branch Charsadda. So it made me compelled to visit the main branch Hayatabad Peshawar. I was surprised that the concerned staff told me that such a survey report has not been received to them. They have no record of the survey report. I went back to the local office and asked for the diary/dispatch No. of the survey report but they could not provide that and said that they handed over the survey report in the main branch without getting any dispatch or diary No. Now the Local office concerned official says that he handed over survey report to the concerned in Main Office but the Main office concerned officer denied that he has no report of such kind. My request that how to get that survey report and from whom because both sides are not ready to help me. As the Month of Ramazan is a head of us and I hope you will assist in getting the connection which has already been delayed for long.
