Subject: Replacement of Sui Gas Meter
It is submitted that I am residing in House No.51/N, Sector C-4, Street No.11, Phase-V, NAB Colony Hayatabad. I have been regularly paying the gas bill for the last 04 years vide Consumer No. 96793930007 and Meter No. GN25332199, installed at my house. Copy of bill attached. The said meter has developed a fault due to which it does not count the consumed units for the last 02 months. I have already verbally complained to the concerned staff but no avail.
It is therefore, requested that the meter may please be replaced as early as possible.
