Reason for Visit: Review: Hy, I have lost all my documents in karachi including NIC,Passport ,professional and academic documents .
Right now I have only new NIC token & i want to apply for passport renewal .
What documents will be required for new passport in this case ,as of now I have only NIC token ,police report copy & copy of my lost passport .
