Subject: PROVISSION OF DOCOMENTATION UNDER THE ACT OF RIGHT TO
INFORMATION COMMISSION KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA PESHAWAR.
Sir,
It is correct that I have received some information regarding on my complaint No.4764 date 26-09-2018, but sorry to say that its incomplete information, in sufficient in my case which is pending before honor abele court of supreme court of Pakistan.
I only received the list of junior clerk /appointment order /merit list of driver and only appointment order of junior clerk.
Now sir I once again requested to you my kindly provide the full information with the below format due to advertize NO.INF 2779 dated, 08-06-2017.
(MAIN ISSUE OF THE COMPLAINT)
1. Minute of the meeting selection committee meeting for recruitment against the above mention advertisement.
3. Notification and orders of selected candidate.
4. Candidate with TORS.
5. Consolidated orders for all of posts.
6. Detailed approval for vacant post from Government.
7. Requisite information in junior clerk and also written test and copies of typing test per word which is required from the above post & written test papers of all appeared candidate, and all selected candidate extra academic qualification and experience certificate verified from recognized college / Board/ university or otherwise ?
8. There are many categories of posts in advertisement in different BPS, kindly provide to me the list of those candidate who were registered to the office of employment exchange office.( those BPS who hits the employee exchange of Pakistan.)
