Reason for Visit: Medical certificate for new appointment
Review: I visit the hospital a week before and i do medical for my new appointment in kpk government, my medical was completed and amount demanded Rs. 1000/- i was paid the money but no receipt of which was provided to me..please provide copy of fee receipt to concerned...is it official fee or employee take bribe...you can contact me on 03441503372
