Reason for Visit: Routine visit
Review: First if all i want to talk about fares that are now increasing day by day 650 is much higher as compare to that of local van that is 400 so it is areqyest to reconsider the fare from abbottabad to peshawar . Most of the customers are students and for us this is far high. Secondly the behave of some drivers is terrible they go in different streets rather than going on university road to reach their stand and when they are asked to go on university road they misbehave with passengers last time one driver said you can do whatever you want if you are complaining to manager or whoever you want you can so i think this behave can lead to argue with uneducated drivers they should be trained and warned . If we are giving high fares customers should be given priority rather than fighting and arguing with passengers.

Review: such a waste of money and time. the behavior of the staff in islamabad is pathetic and untrustworthy. despite of booking seats earlier, as i have to take the bus outside the main terminal, they had lied me thrice about the specific seat for which i waited for 4-5 hours. the company needs to improve the service by replacing the staff to live up to its slogan.

Review: What luxury there is no luxury pathetic service in this hot weather they cant even provide proper AC service in the coach neither the water is cold.

Reason for Visit: To travel to Peshawar
Review: My family had to travel. It was our first experience due to some emergency. No one guided us that there was shuttle service first to Islamabad. The attitude of the staff at pindi terminal was unacceptable and rude. I think not safe for families.

Reason for Visit: Peshawar to Islamabad
Review: They have asked us to come to the station fifteen mins before 05:00 p.m but the coach did not arrive until 05:10 and then it left at 05:28 so we have been waiting in the station for 45 mins where as it takes 150 mins from moving to Islamabad from Peshawar. Then it have to fill up CNG from the Station so we left from Peshawar at 05:38 p.m. People are paying high fares for quality but they could not even leave at time.

Assalam o alaikum i am a customer of motorway express from years but I noticed from last 1 year’s service is getting worst day by day and really disappointed from the slogan which motorway is using luxury comfort and on time ..
First of all no wifi on Peshawar to Islamabad and from Islamabad to Peshawar....
Second there is no time limit for passenger if cabin time is 4:30 the driver will start at 4:45 ....
i have evidence to prove this mistakeâ€â€Ã¢â‚¬â€
Kindly response and will be great to recheck these mistakes which are damaging ur services

Called both 020 and 010 for almost an hour and no response. Googoled another No 3308 and gave mob 03455000757 and still no response. Asked again from 3308 and provided mob some 1119997 but again same position. Please look into as this wil damage company goodwill.

very rude and pathetic service....it must be boycotted...no respect for women and confirmed bookings are cancelled and then thise bookings are given to dear one ...when a person or family reaches there, they are informed that the booking ins cancelled....it feels very frustrated but as bilal , the owner of this service least interested in any thing else but money, people are left to suffer...INshaAllah , Allah subhana wataala will take away this rizq from them the way they are treating the passengers....

I agree with the comments mentioned above regarding the services and customer care. The drivers are very rude, the staff never pick phone and countless complaints made but useless. I wish we all boycott this worst services so they come to know how important customer care is in any business.
